At Velmora Beauty, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or delivery, under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and unopened

• Products must be in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
